A passion for creating cider

At Wildcat Creek Cider, we celebrate the agricultural
legacy of Grays Harbor County. Our ciders are made from
apples sourced from neighbors in and around the county and can be traced back to the landowner.

We make our ciders in small batches, where yeasts are paired with a specific blend of apples to create the desired flavor profile. Bottle conditioning adds the finishing touch.

Our ciders

We offer a variety of ciders that will appeal to all types of cider drinkers, from those wanting a complex dry to a sweet that has a balance of sweet and acidity.

What makes our ciders unique is some of the blends are tailored to the specific property the apples are sourced from. Depending upon apple availability, some formulas are only offered every other year.

Our apples

All the ciders are made from apples sourced within 20 miles of McCleary, Washington. While some of the apple varieties are known, such as Gravenstein, Jonathan, Granny Smith, or Wolf River, other apple varieties are unknown. Some of the apple trees are 100 years old, dating back to when the property was homesteaded, while others were recently planted.
